Joseph Rodrigues is a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps Reserves and presently serves as the battalion commander for 2nd Battalion, 25th Marines. He is a veteran of the Iraq campaign and served as the officer in charge of Marine Security Forces, US Embassy Tripoli, Libya. Joe is a graduate of the USMC’s Command and Staff College and a volunteer fire officer with the Scotch Plains, NJ Fire Department. Joe is a graduate of Loyola (Md) University where obtained a bachelor’s degree in Economics. He was a Division 1 collegiate All-American in lacrosse for the Greyhounds and continues to coach youth lacrosse teams. Joe serves an operational leadership advisor for Leadership Under Fire.
