Charlie Black is a retired US Marine Lieutenant Colonel with over 26 years of diverse leadership, contingency and combat experiences on three continents with conventional, special operations and coalition forces. He is the Co-Founder and a Managing Partner at Xundis Global, LLC, which specializes in navigating complexity through creative & reflective application of design, strategy and planning to realize favourable futures. Born and raised in a multi-generational fire service family he has an appreciation for the demands of high-risk and mission-oriented endeavours. He is currently focused on design thinking initiatives with US Special Operations, US Cyber Command, Romanian Défense Forces and Pasco County Florida Sheriff’s Office.
