Rob Velazquez is a FDNY firefighter assigned to Ladder Co. 170 in the Canarsie section of Brooklyn. Prior to joining the FDNY, Rob was a firefighter for the Perth Amboy, NJ Fire Department. Rob also served as an Infantryman in the United States Marine Corps from 2008 until 2013 and was a small unit leader in Afghanistan.
